
JUNIOR CHIEF OF STAFF
Junior Chief of Staff is a key partner to the CEO; helping manage daily workflow, communication, scheduling, strategic priorities, and cross-department coordination. This role supports both the operational and strategic sides of the business and requires exceptional organization, judgment, and professionalism.
You will act as a gatekeeper, representative, project coordinator, and communication bridge across the company. This is an opportunity to work closely with the CEO of a fast-growing automotive and manufacturing brand and contribute directly to the success of the entire organization.
Duties & Responsibilities Executive Support & Coordination

Manage and prioritize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, calls, and travel

Serve as the primary point of contact for internal/external communications

Prepare, edit, and organize documents, presentations, and correspondence

Maintain confidentiality at all times

Track follow-ups, deadlines, commitments, and goals to ensure alignment and execution

Manage some aspects of each build

Answer phones, manage office and coordinate with other managers.

Staff meetings, organization and execution
Communication & Representation

Draft polished, professional emails, memos, and executive communications

Represent the CEO in meetings when needed

Filter, prioritize, and direct inbound communication and requests

Communicate effectively with department leads, partners, customers, and vendor
Project, Reporting & Presentation Support

Assist in developing presentations, proposals, and reports for leadership and external partners

Support the CEO in tracking KPIs, project timelines, and company initiatives
-
Coordinate materials and agendas for leadership meetings, events, and reviews

Maintain organized systems for reporting, documentation, and strategic planning
-
Improve and maintain workflows that help the CEO operate efficiently

Coordinate schedules, logistics, and action items across departments

Take notes, prepare agendas, and track outcomes in high-level meetings

Uphold strong professional standards and leadership presence in all internal and external communication
